Балет очень стрессовая работа. Выматывает колоссально. На песнию балерины в 38 лет идут. Причём девочки, занимающиеся балетом в детстве, чаще всего идут в балет как в профессию. Обманчивый и совсем неправильный выбор. Может это и красиво, но конкретно гробит здоровье.
Наташа, это потрясающе, спасибо за вдохновение

I recently saw your dances on your instagram and immediately followed you! I had seen you dance before Natasha was still enrolled at vaganova. Even then I thought you were a wonderful and talented little ballerina! Now you are so tall and beautiful with very long legs! I was amazed at your expression as well as your technique. I am very excited to see what will happen when I consider that you will grow even more! You are going to be a world class ballerina! I will continue to support you 🫶. what about dinner?
When i prepare for exams , id rather have a late and full lunch to keep myself in shape 💪but im definitely not trying to loose any weight, im eating just the perfect amount of food that makes me satisfied ❤
That’s concerning… it’s such little food. I am a professional ballerina and I eat 2-3 times the amount of food you are eating here. I used to skip dinner when I was younger too but it’s not the healthiest thing to do. Metabolism needs to become fast so you need to eat more and more often. You need plenty of energies for your exams! Restricting food is never the way… Please try to change this habit, you will realize you don’t need to do that.

@@natasha.ballerina Only you truly know if you're satisfied, but my unsolicited advice is to not worry about shape; Just worry about energy. As you well know, it takes a lot of strength and focus to be a great ballerina. So if you eat more, and just as healthy, you may find that you have more effective practices; more stamina, less likely to injure, faster recovery. Your talent will shine through no matter your shape. ❤️
